We are aware of a flare issue that is beyond an acceptable level.

Because of this problem, we have stopped shipment to dealers. However,
some of the units unfortunately have shipped out already. Canon will
repair this issue at no charge.

Parts are not yet available to correct this issue. We expect to have
parts available at our Factory Service Centers by November 17th.
